Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers, bank accounts, and cash flow.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including month-end journals, management accounts, and quarterly VAT returns.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budget preparation and nominal ledger reconciliations.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of financial plans and forecasts to support business growth.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects and analysis as required to support business needs.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: AAT or ACCA qualified, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, high level of accuracy, effective communication, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in finance, with a strong understanding of financial skills and procedures.
