Job Overview:

We are seeking a Property Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor with experience in both residential and commercial transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong property law expertise and a deep understanding of lease agreements, title deeds, and finance requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all conveyancing matters, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting property searches, and ensuring compliance with property laws.
  • Prepare and review contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and legal documents for both residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Conduct property searches, title deed reviews, and handle all mortgage lender requests.
  • Manage all legal aspects of property purchases, sales, and lease agreements for residential and commercial units.
  • Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and disputes.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to manage transactions smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UK property law and regulations, focusing on commercial and residential unit purchases, sales, and lease agreements.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in lease agreements and property contracts.
  • Experience liaising with external legal firms and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, up to 40 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid break. Flexible work options available, with the majority of the work based at the office.
