Modus Personnel Ltd is a leading recruitment agency based in the northwest region. We are committed to providing exceptional recruitment services to our clients and are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist with the growth of our business by expanding our current client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting sales calls, setting up and attending client meetings, maintaining client relationships, and working alongside our consultants to identify relevant sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls to attract new business from companies actively recruiting in sectors our consultants specialize in.
  • Set up and attend client meetings to promote our services and explain why Modus Personnel Ltd is the go-to recruitment agency.
  • Maintain client relationships and expand where possible.
  • Work alongside our consultants to identify relevant sales opportunities in the right sectors.
  • Update the CRM with sales activity and keep on top of admin.
  • Deliver sales presentations/meetings to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service.
  • Market research to identify future opportunities.
Requirements
  • A strong background in sales, preferably in a recruitment agency or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work off both own initiative and as a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • A commission structure with an OTE of up to £70,000 in the first year.
  • A flexible working environment with half-day Fridays.
