At emagine Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner/SCRUM Master to join our team.

As a Product Owner/SCRUM Master, you will be responsible for supporting and organizing the initial scoping and execution phases of our FICC Tech project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and organize the initial scoping and execution phases of the project.
  • Facilitate agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure effective team communication.
  • Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Provide continuous support to the team, fostering an organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years Product Owner Experience
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and team coordination.
  • Business-minded with front office experience, ideally in banking or finance.
  • Experience in managing Greenfield projects.
  • Comfortable in a mid-level supporting role, with a proactive and outgoing personality.

Preferred Background:

  • While finance/banking experience is advantageous, we welcome candidates with diverse industry backgrounds who can bring a fresh perspective to the team.
