Manchester Purchase Ledger Team Assistant

Agility Resoucing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Ledger Specialist to join our Purchase Ledger Team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering customer-focused services in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing queried invoices and debit balances, identifying and resolving repeat issues, maintaining Purchase Ledger reporting outputs, managing operational aspects of the account payable ledger and supplier accounts, providing exceptional customer service, handling and resolving queries, and continuously improving processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to a portfolio of suppliers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage operational aspects of the account payable ledger and supplier accounts to ensure smooth processing and payment.
- Review and resolve queried invoices and debit balances to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify and resolve repeat issues within the team to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain Purchase Ledger reporting outputs to provide stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle and resolve queries through effective communication and liaison with stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes to benefit all parties.
