Job Summary: SGS Care Ltd is seeking an Emotional Support Assistant to work with young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in promoting education, independence, and well-being through active listening and supportive interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, engaging them in daily activities and life skills training.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters emotional resilience and growth.
- Ensure the highest quality care and support for young people, addressing their individual needs and goals.

Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent experience in residential childcare.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people and colleagues alike.
- A full UK driving licence is also required for this role.

About the Role:
- Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
