Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with significant experience in HR at a management level.
- Experience: Proven experience in using data and analytics to inform business decisions, and a strong track record of delivering talent programs and organizational development initiatives.
- HR Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in HR, including career development, talent management, and change management.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and a ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
