About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality BSL courses that cater to the needs of adult learners. This includes creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment, fostering student participation and engagement, and developing relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering varied and effective BSL sessions across different levels.
- Developing course materials and content to meet the needs of adult learners.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging learning experience.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience as a tutor/teacher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Familiarity with adult education principles and practices.
