Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Chelmsford depot. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Carry out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
* Communicate with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
* Provide expert technical opinion to customers on occasion.
* Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
* Maintain exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
* Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 (desirable) in Vehicle Maintenance.
* Aptitude for multi-tasking.
* Eye for detail.
* Ability to work under pressure.
