Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Hardware Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and designing Baseband hardware platforms that support low-cost UE and high-performance gNB solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document Baseband digital architecture
  • Design and review PCBs using Altium
  • Liaise with contract electronics manufacturers, PCB fabricators, and assembly houses
  • Perform signal integrity, thermal, and timing analysis
  • Bring up and evaluate hardware performance
  • Develop power budgets and power electronics design
  • Design high-speed and low-speed digital interfaces
  • Work with network analysers, spectrum analysers, and phase noise analysers
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Linux operating system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in digital electronics or a related field
  • Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with high-pin-count flip-chip and BGA packaging
  • Experience with clock tree architectures and IEEE 1588 PTP
  • Experience with developing power budgets and power electronics design
  • Experience with high-speed and low-speed digital interfaces
  • Working knowledge of the Linux operating system
