Zenith People is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions in the manufacturing sector across the North East. This challenging yet rewarding role involves working closely with Clients to identify top talent and ensure seamless hiring processes.
Job OverviewThis position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, conducting candidate interviews, and driving recruitment campaigns to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities- Manage client relationships to identify key staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Interview and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements, contributing to the growth of our candidate database.
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed job specifications and create job postings that attract high-calibre candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients for review and conduct follow-up discussions as necessary.
- Organise client interviews, ensuring effective communication and timely updates throughout the process.
- Deliver contract and induction materials to newly placed candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Participate in client review meetings to evaluate service delivery and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate performance, and recruitment metrics.
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Full UK driver's licence with access to a car.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
