Aon is seeking an experienced Pensions Operations Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will provide high-quality administration support for internal and external clients, processing transactions and queries while following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires working a minimum of 50% of your working week in the office and having flexibility to work up to 50% from home. You will have responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience within a corporate organisation, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of Word and Excel. Ideally, you should have some knowledge of pensions but it's not essential.
