Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Wienerberger's Hartlebury site in Kidderminster. As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline and significant experience working in manufacturing environments. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures
- Responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting issues
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and recommending improvements
- Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
