Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Oversight:
  • Manage all on-site operations related to the fit-out assignment.
  • Supervise skilled trades, subcontractors, and labor personnel, ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications.
  • Organize daily activities based on project priorities, making adjustments as necessary to adhere to deadlines.

Quality Assurance:
  • Guarantee that all work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with project requirements.
  • Conduct frequent inspections to detect and correct any deficiencies or subpar work.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and quality assurance team to enforce quality control measures.

Health & Safety Management:
