We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team. This role will involve working with individuals with mental health needs, providing expert support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will possess a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in a mental health setting is essential, as is a positive attitude towards individuals with mental health problems and a commitment to recovery-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert occupational therapy services to individuals with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and goals
- Develop and implement interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals
- Provide education and support to individuals, families, and carers
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in a mental health setting
- Positive attitude towards individuals with mental health problems
- Commitment to recovery-focused care
