About the Role

Suttons Manor is a specialist low secure forensic service for men over 50, providing a unique environment for those with mental health/personality disorders and dementia, alongside physical healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and provide mentorship to student nurses and team members
  • Lead shifts and provide support to the team
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration as RMN
  • Substantial experience in mental health services
  • Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
  • Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
  • Familiarity with the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
