Requirements:

  6. Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships, both internally and externally.
  7. Ability to understand and answer design-related questions from Preconstruction.
  8. Qualification and tender questionnaires.

We are looking for a Design Manager with a BTEC in Building Studies, Building Engineering, or Building, or an HNC/HND in Building Studies or a degree in Construction Management or Architecture. You should have operational or architectural background with a willingness to be hands-on delivering schemes. Good knowledge of Building Regulations and basic knowledge of AutoCAD design software and/or Adobe Acrobat are also essential. Strong time management and communication skills are required. Healthcare project experience, open to new build or refurbishment, is ideal.
