Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ireland or the UK. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Provide advice and assistance on policy coverage, administration, and claims

Requirements
