About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive rate of pay: £11.92 - £12.54 per hour, with additional £30 per sleep-in rate.
