We are recruiting for a Hospitality Support Staff member to join our team at Genting Casinos UK Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide support to our hospitality teams, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience in our bars and restaurants.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the delivery of exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and queries.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and drinks, adhering to company health and safety procedures.
- Help to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the bar and restaurant areas.
- Support the team in achieving business objectives, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
