- Collaborate with production and team leaders to prioritize machine breakdowns and ensure efficient operations.
- Perform daily scheduled TPMs to a high standard, maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to discuss production activity, problems, and work requirements.
- Participate in project work and plant improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist the works engineer in root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
- Conduct risk assessments and work safely, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Heavy industry experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Time-served apprenticeship or HNC qualifications with relevant experience.
- Proficiency in PLC fault finding and troubleshooting.
The role operates on a Panama shift pattern, working days only.
