Tribu Search is a dynamic Creative Advertising business based in Central London, seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance team. This permanent part-time position offers flexible hours and the chance to work closely with our CFO to drive business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing monthly management accounts, and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. To succeed, you will need:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification with significant experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in Media/Online/Content sectors.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Xero experience is advantageous but not essential.
