Ethero is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Operative to join our team as a FLT Counterbalance Driver. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, controlling product quality, and ensuring the cleanliness of the plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Control the quality of product
- Responsible for the manufacturing assets
- Liaise with maintenance and assist where needed
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, carrying out, and ensuring that plant routines are regularly adhered to, and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are properly and regularly inspected and cleaned in accordance with site instructions.
Requirements:- Highly motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the Shift team
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines and problem solve
- Own transport required
- Rotating shifts
- Morning shift: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:15
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:15
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:15
- Catering on site
- Paid breaks
- Free car park
- Free tea and coffee
