Maintenance Manager Role

The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join its team. This role will be responsible for ensuring high standards of maintenance throughout our care homes and grounds.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organise and undertake general maintenance, including plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating, groundwork, and general building work.
  • Carry out PAT testing of all electrical items and test and record water temperatures and temperature control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and working practices.
  • Implement fire prevention checks and regular checks of plant and document checks.
  • Provide out-of-hours cover with both phone advice and attending the home in person as required.
  • Report any accidents immediately to the Manager on duty and complete appropriate documentation.

Key Attributes:

  • Previous experience of carrying out maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Full and clean driving license.
  • Problem-solving skills and understanding of COSHH.
  • PAT testing experience.
