Actuary for Annuity Pricing Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuary to join our Annuity Pricing team, supporting the delivery of our Individual Annuity trading plan. As a Pricing Development Actuary, you will play a key role in improving our capability and trading performance, covering assumption reviews, pricing methodology, models, and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Lead activity to improve our pricing capability and trading performance
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Qualified Actuary (or similar experience)
- Strong technical skills and experience in solving business problems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Commercial pricing experience is beneficial
- Starting salary between £80,000 and £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's)
