Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse on our Lascelles Ward, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care to patients with complex needs, working closely with the therapy team to achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development within a hospital setting.
