Proximity Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to lead the product division of a global building materials business in the West Midlands.

This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership, product development, and commercial acumen. As the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio and team, as well as supporting strategic cross-functional projects within the group.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management within construction, manufacturing, or building products. They will be able to drive product enhancements and development, set and deliver strategies for new product introduction, and lead commercial assessments for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of product managers to develop and launch new products and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with commercial colleagues to track performance of the product portfolio and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the division's strategy and drive business outcomes.
