**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Head of Gaming Division, responsible for leading the gaming division and developing a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in buying and leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth. They will also possess excellent numerical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time position based in London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and lead the gaming division, creating a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage a team of buying professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of category plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that meet business needs.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform category decisions and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive buying experience in a FMCG/Fashion or Hard Goods fast-paced retailer.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, or Business.
