Croupier Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a trainee croupier.

This is a permanent position with a paid training period lasting 5 weeks (32 hours per week). As a trainee croupier, you will assist dealers in maintaining a safe and secure gaming environment and develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service and conflict resolution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to players.
• Liaising with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be 18+ years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Have any gaming or customer-facing experience, although not essential.
• Be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
