Expertise in Steel Fabrication Processes

We are seeking a seasoned Production Process Engineer to drive excellence in our steel fabrication operations. Based in Wallsend, you will apply your expertise to develop and refine our production methods.

The Role
  • A competitive salary range of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
  • A projected long-term contract with a flexible dayshift schedule (Monday to Thursday, with a sweet Friday finish)

Your Key Accountabilities:

  1. Work closely with project engineers to validate technical feasibility and plan centre of gravity
  2. Design and document comprehensive construction methodologies for critical projects
  3. Identify necessary tools and materials for successful installation
  4. Prioritise risks and create thorough project budgets and risk analysis method statements
  5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor production and address operational issues
Requirements
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Proven expertise in production equipment and AutoCAD software
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
