About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our delivery team as a Picking and Dispatch Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate picking and dispatch of goods, providing a high standard of customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a hand-held terminal
  • Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target
  • Check quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery
  • Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at the customer premises
  • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork
Requirements
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full driving license
