## Program Manager Role at Hawksworth UK

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our 3-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This is a key strategic program that will work closely with the Finance senior leadership team of a global financial institution.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring successful delivery of the project
* Collaborate with the Finance senior leadership team to develop and implement a governance framework for the program and its projects
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the systems landscape and environments involved in the program
* Ensure the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

### Requirements

* Significant program management experience, preferably in the financial sector
* Good business acumen and financial awareness
* Previous experience in delivering large financial, accounting, or ERP system changes
* Proven track record in establishing and executing a governance framework for programs and projects
