About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Resource Matters Ltd. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Suitability Reports
    • Accurately prepare suitability reports and letters to meet tight deadlines, ensuring all client work is compliant and supported with relevant paperwork.
  • Client Work Management
    • Undertake comparative research in preparation of client recommendations, ensuring all client queries are appropriately investigated and accurate responses given.
    • Complete technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process, providing valuable insights to our financial planners.
    • Perform tax planning analysis and produce and analyze cashflow modelling to support client recommendations.
  • Client Communication
    • Discuss client objectives with our financial planners, identifying and obtaining necessary client information to prepare the required suitability checks.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma qualification (or be working towards) and have relevant paraplanning experience.
