About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing features and enhancements for our applications using PHP, Laravel, Postgres, and Redis.
  • Participating in sprint planning and providing input on the features that deliver the most value to our users.
  • Conducting code reviews and actively engaging in constructive debates to uphold high standards of software quality.
  • Exploring and advocating for the adoption of emerging technologies that align with our long-term vision.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in software engineering, particularly with PHP and modern frameworks like Laravel.
  • A passion for engineering excellence that transcends any specific programming language.
  • Advocacy for testing best practices, with a deep understanding of the importance of automated testing (TDD).
  • Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) and hexagonal architecture is a plus.
