Production Quality Specialist

The Production Quality Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products leave our factory floor. This individual will be responsible for leading and supporting technical teams to ensure product quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality control issues.
- Lead and support technical teams to achieve high-quality product outputs.
- 3+ years of experience in a quality control or related field.
- Proven track record of improving product quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
