Job Description:

As a Compassionate Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct support and companionship to our residents.

You will assist with personal care tasks, participate in scheduled activities, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the home.

We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with personal care tasks in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Provide direct support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in scheduled activities and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A PVG check fee will be reimbursed.
