We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to join our team at ProofID. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and supporting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain our ISO 27001 accreditation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Complete customer information security questionnaires and requests within defined levels.
- Maintain a library of information security responses and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Represent ProofID to customers and relevant parties on all matters relating to information security.
- Support sales and other departments in aspects of security, including RFPs and tenders.
- Oversee all security incident response and reviews.
- Identify monitoring requirements and execute monitoring.
- Advise business teams on all matters relating to information security, including vendor/product selection and approval.
- Create information security training and educate employees.
- Good understanding of ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and related standards.
- Experience of security in a cloud world.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of other information security and privacy standards and accreditations.
- Knowledge of Qualys (advantageous).
- Experience of data protection.
- Extensive experience operating an ISMS.
- Ability to travel to our Colorado Springs and Manchester office.
