About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our busy Theatre team at West Midlands Hospital. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and be flexible with their work patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Registered Nurses and consultants to provide a safe and caring environment for patients.
- Provide excellent customer service and work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Be flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 or willingness to train to this level.
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character.
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Theatre experience.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
