Responsibilities- Provide high-quality residential care, ensuring the safety, well-being, and emotional support of children in our homes.

- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, educators, and social workers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children in a residential setting.
- A full UK driving license.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
