As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children in our care. Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children in a residential setting.
  • A full UK driving license.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
