EMEA Legal Team Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented EMEA Legal Team Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, including preparing commercial contracts, maintaining internal policies, and implementing digital tools and software.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for coordinating signatures for contracts, preparing commercial contracts, and maintaining project timelines and agendas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the EMEA Legal Team, including preparing commercial contracts and maintaining internal policies.
- Coordinate signatures for contracts, including e-signatures and DocuSign.
- Maintain project timelines and agendas, organizing materials and assisting with various new and ongoing projects.
- Implement and manage digital tools and software used by the legal team for legal operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and web technologies (DocuSign, SharePoint, etc.).
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
