Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of 7-10 developers and QAs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the project roadmap and progress.
  • Contribute to hands-on development for the project.
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical leadership experience.
  • Expertise in full-stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript (NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL).
  • Understanding of modern CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to refactor existing codebases to improve product quality.
  • Familiarity with real-time messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis).
