We are seeking an experienced Residential Leader to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group as a Registered Manager for one of our children's homes in South Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and register your own children's home, building and leading a dedicated team from the ground up.
- Recruit and manage a team of support staff to provide the best possible care and support for children with social and emotional needs related to Autism, ADHD, and Trauma.
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure the children in your care receive the highest quality of life possible.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including health, safety, and risk assessments, budget management, and on-call duties.
- Leadership and management experience in a residential children's care setting.
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Children's Care (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and be part of an on-call rota.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle.
