Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our client's team in Bournemouth. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of blocks, managing budgets, insurance, inspections, and major works. You will work closely with the in-house accounting and surveying departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a compact portfolio of blocks located in central Bournemouth
  • Undertake a range of duties, including budgeting, insurance, inspections, and major works
  • Work closely with the in-house accounting and surveying departments
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and contractors

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in block management, preferably at assistant level
  • Stable career background
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

What We Offer:

  • Starting basic salary up to £40,000
  • 5 weeks' holiday (plus public holidays)
  • Parking paid
  • Commission on major works at approximately 10% of net fees
