We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Head of Primary Education to lead our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) School in Birmingham. As a qualified teacher with QTS, you will have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students with complex needs and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to support their learning.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff, promoting excellence in teaching and learning practices.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that prioritize student outcomes and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure seamless support for students with complex needs.
