Job Title: Interim Valuation Surveyor

Location: Scotland

Duration: 3-4 Months

We are seeking an experienced Asset Valuer to join our client's team in Scotland. The primary responsibility will be to assist with asset valuations across a range of public sector properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records for the authority's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct asset valuations for a diverse range of properties within the local authority portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and provide advice on property-related matters.
  • Support the team in maintaining compliance with relevant accounting and valuation standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting for asset management.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and expertise as required during the valuation process.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
