As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will play a key role in driving technical innovation and advancing operational efficiencies within the Payments Technology team at JPMorgan Chase. Your expertise will influence budget and technical considerations, shaping the direction of our software engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical coaching and advisory to multiple technical teams, anticipating their needs and potential dependencies.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient execution and tactical operations.
  • Create a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, prioritizing diverse representation within the team.
  • Manage decisions that impact teams' resources, budget, and tactical operations.
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and proficient advanced experience.
Requirements
  • Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of the services industry and their IT systems.
  • Expertise in technology disciplines, including computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
