Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Fraser's Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of store operations strategies
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Monitor and control store expenses, including payroll, stock, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably with Fraser's Group
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
