About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Royal London Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop automated and manual test scripts, procedures, and regression test packs to test new and amended software. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to specify requirements for environment, data, resources, and tools, and ensure that all testing is conducted in accordance with established quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of software applications
  • Collaborating with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Designing and implementing automated testing solutions using various tools and technologies
  • Analyzing and reporting test results, identifying defects, and working with development teams to resolve issues
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members
