About the Job:

  • Provide Independent Professional Advocacy services to clients in line with the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014
  • Support clients in identifying their needs and preferences, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their care and support
  • Promote self-advocacy through training, coaching, and rehearsal
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records
