About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team as a CAREGiver for dementia patients in Middlesbrough.

As a CAREGiver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dementia support and home care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for the same clients on a regular basis, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Minimum of 1-hour visits every time, ensuring our clients receive the care and attention they need.
  • Consistent working times, every single week, with no waiting for a rota.
  • No experience needed, as full training is provided.
  • Flexible hours based on your availability, with opportunities for career development.
  • Holiday pay and a competitive hourly rate, starting at £13.00ph and ranging up to £20.00ph.
